Temporary Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator Roles | Various Roles in NYC


This is a posting looking for candidates who are interested in doing temporary work in the greater NYC area. (This is not a posting for one particular role.) We are looking for an organized administrative assistant, executive assistant, project coordinator, or team coordinator with top-notch scheduling experience for a variety of temporary assignments with non-profit/foundation organizations.

We have both hybrid and in-person (NYC) assignments. Roles are generally 35-40 hours per week and pay $25-$35/hr. They very in length from 2-6 months, or sometimes could turn into temp-to-perm.

Desired Experience:

-Calendar management/scheduling

-Creating project timelines and following up with people

-Event planning/logistics

-Expense reports

-Composing and editing correspondence

Qualifications:

-One to three years of administrative experience; experience working in a non-profit, foundation, or mission-driven org preferred

-Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot and follow projects through to completion

-Experience working with MS Office and GSuite.
